An 18-year-old has been charged with capital murder in the shootings of two men who caught him burglarizing their car Sunday. Syna John Heng is being held without bail on the charge, which accuses him of killing Shaun Messimer, 20, and Michael J. Ciaramitaro, 23.    The shooting happened about 5:30 a.m. Sunday in the 17300 block of Tomball Parkway.  Houston police said Messimer, Ciaramitaro and two friends went out Saturday night, leaving one of their vehicles in the parking lot on Tomball Parkway so they could travel together.  Police said the four returned to find Heng inside their car, and Messimer and Ciaramitaro assaulted Heng and a 16-year-old with him, forcing them to leave the parking lot without their own vehicle.  Homicide investigators said Heng returned about three minutes later with a .45-caliber pistol and shot Messimer twice in the back as he stood in the parking lot. Ciaramitaro was shot in the back and head as he sat in his car, police said. Their two friends were unhurt.  The two witnesses identified Heng from a photo lineup Sunday. Investigators said Heng confessed and led them to the gun, hidden beneath a rock in a bayou.  Heng's 16-year-old companion remains at large. Anyone with information about the juvenile suspect is asked to call homicide investigators at 713-308-3600
