Samuel passed away peacefully with his family at his side on June 22, 2014. He is survived by his loving wife of over 51 years, Nancy. Sam also leaves behind his children; John (Arlene) Mazzola and Susanne (Keith) Williams and his grandchildren; Megan, Allison, Michael and Avery.
Sam enjoyed golfing, fishing, bowling, traveling and reading. Sam loved spending time with his family especially his grandchildren.
Sam retired from Ford Motor Co. after 33 years of service but liked to golf with his work buddies. He also enjoyed volunteering at church functions.

The memorial funeral mass will be at St. Kenneth Catholic Church of Plymouth on Tues. July 1 at 11am with an instate time of 10 am.
